This battle will have to take place in space since these guys are too big for the earth itself. Let's say they are fighting
over the Earth, both are hungry, whatever. Unicron is a lot bigger than Galactus in either of his forms, but Galactus' powers make up for that.
These guys are feared in their respective universes for a reason, they cannot be beaten easily by the heroes of those universes. Galactus
was first stopped when Reed Richards threatened him with the Ultimate Nullifier. A few years ago he was turned into a star, but I don't remember how.
Unicron was only defeated by the Matrix. These things don't exist on Battleworld. Unicron's powers could do some damage to Galactus, but
Galactus is still more powerful with the power cosmic. He would blast holes through Unicron and then feed upon him and the earth. Galactus' attacks
would be like those of the Matrix and therefore I believe he would win.
