I don't remember the reason for this battle, but it was a good one anyway. I think this was one of the first battles that used the tie rule.
I wasn't sure if Superman would be affected by Superskrull's hypnotic powers. I decided that by my rule it would not. This leaves Superskrull
with only the combined powers of the Fantastic Four and his innate shapeshifting abilities. Invisibility would work for only a second until SuperSkrull
made a sound, than Superman would find him. Flame powers are no good against Superman either. Superman is too fast for the skrull. Superskrull's only offense is the Thing's strength and Invisible Woman's force fields.
Mr.Fantastic's elasticity is a cool power in my opinion but is no good against Superman. Combined with the Thing's strength maybe but I am not sure if the Thing is as strong as Superman.
The Hulk is supposed to be a match for Superman, and the Hulk is a rival of the Thing but Hulk usually wins and Superman beat Hulk in DC vs. Marvel. The force fields are his last attack. Using the Thing's endurance Superskrull could put up a powerful force field.
But he could only do so for so long. The battle would be cool to watch but in the end Superman would win.
