These guys have similar abilities, they both can copy someone elses physical movements. Although Taskmaster can do it instantaneously
while Prometheus has to record it first then download it into his mind. But Prometheus has other weapons that made him a match for the JLA:
a cosmic key which teleports people/objects to the Ghost Zone, a club which can shatter concrete and electrify, neural chaff which can confuse opponents by not allowing them to concentrate,
hypnotic lights on his helmet, and wrist mounted guns. He has copy the skills of 30 of DC earth's best martial artists, including Batman. Taskmaster has copied almost all of Marvel earth's
best fighters: Wolverine, Spiderman, Captain America, Daredevil, even Bruce Lee. He has also copied himself in fast forward on video tapes to make himself faster. He carries guns and replicas
of these fighters' weapons: Cap's shield, claws like Wolverine's, and a Goo Gun to simulate Spierman's webbing. The fight would
begin by Taskmaster pulling out a gun and Prometheus raising his. Both would dodge easily. The combined skills of all those Marvel heroes would beat those of regular human martial artists and Batman.
Taskmaster wouldn't be able to read Prometheus' skills because Prometheus would release the neural chaff to disorient Taskmaster. Taskmaster would dodge that club easily enough. The cosmic key would not work since the Ghost Zone can't be reached from my arena.
Taskmaster would eventually beat Prometheus, especially if he removes Prometheus' helmet thus eliminating his fighting skills.
