For those poeple who don't know, Nick Knight was the first "good guy" vampire. This character was on a canadian show called
Forever Knight. He was a century old vampire who became a cop in Toronto. In his universe vampires have more powers like
hypnosis, superspeed and flight. They don't lose their souls, they just succumb to the hunger. Since he is a cop he get to use his gun.
Angel is seen most of the time without a weapon so he doesn't get one. The gun would do nothing against Angel anyway. They both
have the same weaknesses and lets assume that they know they are both vampires. Both have experience fighting vampires, but Angel seems
more agile and possible has martial arts training, I can't remember. But Nick is smarter. This battle is unique in that since both combatants are vulnerable
to crosses and holy water, all one of them has to do is throw the other in the chapel of my catholic school and trap him in there.
They won't know about it until they are inside the school and whoever discovers it first gets to use it. I think since Nick can fly he would try to
ambush Angel by coming in from the roof. The chapel is on the first floor so I am assuming Angel will find it first, but he isn't mouch of a strategist
so he couldn't successfully lure Nick in there. The tech pavillion has wood they could fashion into stakes, so whoever finds that first would have weapons.
So lets assume each has a stake, knows about the chapel, and are equal in superstrength. The corridors of my old high school are very narrow and therefore fighting would be hard.
Flying is useless indoors but Nick's superspeed would give him an advantage. Nick seems to resist pain easily but Angel seems to be more agressive/fierce.
Resistance to pain won't help too much if he is overwhelmed by attacks that he can't fight back. But Nick is faster and
more experienced so I bet he could either trick Angel into the chapel or stall him until daylight comes. Nick Knight
has an obsession with trying to become human again. He holds crosses and tries to stay in sunlight as long as he can.
He has built up an "immunity" to those weaknesses. Added to that is the fact that vampires from Buffy's universe burst into flames
within seconds of contact with sunlight. So if Nick can't trap Angel in the chapel he could throw him out a window and hold him in the
sunlight. He could run back in just in time to save himself when Angel has been burned enough to stop him from following. So again its intelligence that wins.
Nick would be badly burned but he would win.
