I probably say this a lot but I realy wanted to do a battle with John Doe but couldn't find a match. Then Spike came along and brought back MacGuyver.
These guys both use their ingenuity achieve success. I thought this one would be interesting because they would compete in more of a
cerebral mode. MacGuyver has experience pulling solutions out of his ass using his environment and John Doe uses his vast knowledge to solve his problems.
John Doe also has Remote Viewing abilities as we saw in the last episode, but he won't have time to use these abilities since they take too much
concentration. This battle is a perfect example of why I specify the battle arena as my old high school. These guys are going to use their surroundings
and therefore we need to know what they have available. At first I thought this would be a battle of traps, but then I realized that
since we make them want to kill each other that they would also try to make weapons. There are two places I think these
guys would go in the school: the science lab and the technology pavilion. MacGuyver would probably head for the tech pavilion since it is a building separated from the rest of the school and its is pretty
obvious that it is a tech pavilion. John Doe would most likely know everything about my school and therefore would know exactly whathe can find in the school.
I think John would want to head for the science lab to gain access to the chemicals. I say this because I have never seen him do anything technical like metal work or whatever.
So MacGuyver would set traps all over the school and probably make some kind of gun or crossbow from the metal and wood in the pavilion. John
could make bombs from the chemicals and flasks. This is just a quick version of what they might actually do. I think that whatever MacGuyver would do would be too clever John, who despite knowing everything was still sometimes too "textbook".
MacGuyver's traps and tactics would be to unorthodox for John. John's tactics would probably not be enough. I will say hat I think it would be trap that gets him and not a direct assault.
