These guys share similar origin stories, they both have become spirits of venegence. Ghost Rider is allowed his chain and bike. Ghost Rider seems stronger
since I haven't seen the Crow really lift anything heavy. Ghost Rider is only vulnerable to hellfire as far as I know. The Crow
doesn't have access to anything that can fire hellfire. He could draw a pentagram on the ground, this would trap him, but he wouldn't know that.
Ghost Rider's penance stare causes the guilty to feel the pain they have caused others a hundred times over. Since the Crow was innocent he
wouldn't be affected by this. There may be some kind of mind scanning effect from this that would allow Ghost Rider to learn something useful about the Crow, but according to my rules
without proof I can't allow it. But the Crow's tactile telepathy allows him to see someone's past or future. This would allow him to determine weaknesses. So he would
know about the pentagram, but that only traps him, he could still fight with his chain and fire. He can also control his bike with his mind. In order to win the Crow
has to kill or knock out Ghost Rider therefore he will have to enter the pentagram to fight him. The Crow can be hurt but he can't be killed. His crow however
is a different story. Again according to my rules no one else is allowed to be involved in this battle. But the crow is a part of the Crow and therefore I have to allow it. It is also the
only weakness I could think of for him. These guys would fight forever since neither could hurt the other badly enough for a knock out.
Ghost Rider would notice the crow watching them and probably figure that it was connected and kill it, thus weakening the Crow and making him vulnerable to his attacks. Therefore I think this is how it would end.
