This is a random battle so there isn't any comparison between these two guys. Cap's shield would protect him from Terminator's
shotgun fire. Terminator would eventually run out of ammo. Cap could throw his shield but my guess is that it would at
best tear the flesh off the endoskeleton. I don't think Cap could throw it hard enough to damage the head, the Terminator's weakness.
If Cap troes to throw it again the Terminator would catch it. I think Cap would change tactics as soon as he saw the cybernetics.
Cap's throw was enough to knock out Bane during the Dc/Marvel crossover, but the head needs to be crushed to stop the Terminator.
Cap is used to fighting cyborgs, some more powerful than the Terminator. Cap would fight him hand to hand. The Terminator
is basically a brawler, he would throw Cap around, that is if he can hold him long enough. So this fight will come down, as always,
to other things besides powers. The Terminator would find other weapons to use while Cap would search for anything to trap him with or
better tactical measures. The Terminator is pretty rigid in tactics: hunt and kill. Captain America is no scientist but he was still a military man,
I am extrapolating but I believe that the U.S. army in the 1940's trained their soldiers in explosives. There are chemicals in the chemistry
lab that he could use but I don't know if he would know what to use. The cars in the parking lot will suffice; He could blow up the cars to bury him in rubble.
The Terminator would be trapped for a while and that counts as a win. Captain America wins because of his experience and smarts.
