| Haunted Hotels Things to keep in mind when when looking for a haunted hotel: - A haunting can happen at any time of the year, not just during Halloween, which can be expensive - Read up on the history of hte haunting so you know what to expect. - Try no tto bring the children because not all ghosts are as cute as Casper. - Ask the hotel staff if you could be in that certain part of the hotel that typically has the most activity. The staff might not like you intruding in the kitchen or other "employee only" areas of the hotel without prior consent. - Make sure you have backup plans, just in case things become a tad too intense for you. Is there another hotel in the area and does it allow registration in the wee hours of the morning? - Many of the hotels listed are Bed and Breakfasts and may have a waiting list. Call ahead for reservations - don't assume you can stop in with no notice. |
