Registration to Celtic Gods, Celtic Magic Information:
Entry is covered by membership of Queensland Workshops And Conferences (QWAC) club
This completely covers entry, meals and camping for Saturday June 21.
+ Cost of membership of QWEC Club for Celtic Gods, Celtic Magic only: $65.00 per person.
Cost of extra day (Sunday 22nd June): $24.00.
+ Including overnight camping Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
+ Prices include all food and drinks
+ RSVP 7th May 2003. (CHANGE)
+ Deposit (non-refundable) of $20.00 per person is required to reserve your membership
of QWEC Club, and so entry to the Celtic Gods, Celtic Magic workshop.
+ All cheques make payable to Queensland Workshops And Conferences club.
+ After we receive your deposit you will receive your Receipt, Map, Lucky Door Number,
Food & Drinks card, Registration number for broom, Transportation Card


Camping Registration:
+ Camping will be free of charge for Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights.
+ Tents can be made available for Cost of weekend Hire from local Company. (Please request before hand)

Meals Registration:
+ All meals will be supplied by our caterers and require numbers.
+ Please indicate whether Vegetarian or not.


Transportation Registration:

We will run a free shuttle service between Caboolture Station and Celtic Gathering
+ Caboolture Station to Gathering: pick up at Station 6.30pm (Leaving to Gathering)
+ Caboolture Station to Gathering: pick-up at Station 8.50am (Leaving to Gathering) Saturday
+ Return to Caboolture Station from Gathering Sunday morning (Leaving from Gathering 9.30 am)
+ Return to Caboolture Station from Gathering Sunday night (Leaving from Gathering 8.00 pm)
+ Return to Caboolture Station from Gathering Monday morning (Leaving 9.30 am.)
+ If require Friday night please inform us

Broom Registration:

This is the first of official All Australia Flying Broom Registration as required by the
International Fairy Folk Aviation Authority. This has strict guidelines with weight restrictions
and control of familiars at all times. Failure to comply will result in confinement to the Outdoor
Broom Closet. Parking spaces for witches� brooms are at a premium, and fines will be issued by
the Constabulary for contravention of the Rules.
+ A prize will be given to the Most Magnificent Broom.
+ Celtic Goblet, Tankard, Drinking Mug Competition at our Celtic Inn prizes
