here we are, together, at the end of all things.
I am glad you are with me.
The Quest is finished.
It has broken me.
I am wounded with knife, sting, tooth, and a long burden.
Through it all you have cared for me,
tended my wounds,

through the pain,
through the heaviness of the Ring,

never left me, though all seemed to be lost.
