So many angry young men
Angst is a way of life
Drowned deep down
in Morrison mind -- dark
Burroughian, Kerouacian,
Rimbaughian soul, I find --
I find you
Extremely
Sensual, desireable --
Unreachable
Unbreachable
Unteachable
Where then, is
Common ground,
The place where we
Can dance together;
Common music,
The waltz of poets,
Destined to dance within
Our private places
Dark, dreaming faces
Reflected on mirrors of paper
In pools of ink and alcohol,
Remembering
