Little poetic drabble from Teal'c's pov. I'm not a drabble person, but I
gave it a try.

This had been unexpected.
When Teal'c had pledged his
allegiance to the Tau'ri, he had believed them to be a formidable race, one
that could join him in defeating the Goa'uld. While not of rock as the Jaffa,
Tau'ri men were of air, filled with a speed and intellect that had left Teal'c
in awe.
But not the women of the
Tau'ri. Unlike the timid water-touched women of Chulak, they were of fire.
And as the wind carried the
embers of her fire, he heard it whisper to him all that was right and true.
And it spoke the name…
Samantha.
