Celso
grew up in beautiful Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from where he absorbed
all the happiness, colors and creativity of the Brazilian culture.
Since a young age, Celso developed the natural ability for drawing cartoons
and comics fascinated him. Celso started collaborating in magazines
and newspapers doing illustrations, cartoons, caricature and comic
strips.
At
age eighteen he started an internship at Denison Publicidade, (one
on the hottest ad agencies in Rio at that time.) After working in
advertising for three years he accepted the new challenge of working
in a typesetting/design studio. For ten years, he created type catalogs,
LP and CD covers. At the same time he studied Communication and
Fine Arts.
Celso
came to the U.S. to improve his skills in design, animation and
language. After a few years study he was invited to live and work
in the United States. Celso is now a U.S. permanent resident and resides in San Francisco. Celso's
energy, amiable personality and communication skills, combined with
innate talent, training and a focused "clinical eye" for detail
make him a unique professional and a great asset to any creative
team.
