Red XIII, found as a specimen of Professor Hojo in the Shinra lab, originates from Cosmo Canyon. He is very intelligent for an animal and can even talk too. His father is the great worrior Seto but most people claim that he was a coward. Overall, there is not much to say about him other than the fact that he has red fur and is some kind of animal whose real name isn't given until later in the game.
