| Saint - A Saint is the protector of a god or goddess which has an armor and has use of amazing fighting techniques and abilities. They are like Knights protecting a king or queen with their lives and are willing to risk everything. Armor - A Saint's armor is mystical and "alive". It grows stronger as the Saint himself or with the help of other things. Like the Saints themselves they have blood (no it's not evident), but they are healed when a Saint pours their blood on them. Cosmo - Cosmo is the inner energy a Saint posseses. His power from the tiny universe deep inside his soul which creates incredible amounts of energy. Bronze Armor - A Bronze Armor belongs to a Bronze Saint and they offer standard protection. Although they are great instruments, they are not very strong (in comparison to the other armors) but as with everything, the power comes from the wearer's cosmo and not the armor. Nebula Chain - The Bronze Armor of Andromeda comes with these handy chains. There is one with a spiky end which is used for attack and the one with a ball at the end that is used for defense. Shun can use both for attack or both for defense, but they are more effective if they are used for what they are meant for. The chain itself has a mind of its own and posses life, it also has the unique ability to detect evil and automatically attack those with bad intentions or hatred in their hearts. Black Armor - For every armor there is a black armor (although we only see 5) and their powers are very mediocre, much like the wearers'. They are mostly worn by evil people with black hearts and negative cosmos. Silver Armors - They are the next level after Bronze Armors and offer higher protection. The Silver Saints have a higher level of cosmo as the Bronze Saints. Their powers are uncanny, but they all have a serious flaw. Steel Armors - Man-made armors with no mystical powers. They are a masterpiece of technology and there's only three of them. They each can become into a vehicle such as a jet or a motor skateboard. Sacred Water - This water comes from a mountain near Mu's house which contains miraculous ingredients that allow people to be healed. Later the mystery of the water is revealed and can only be used by a Gold Saint or someone powerful as one. Gold Armors - There is twelve Golden Armors, they are the ultimate pieces of protection. The Gold Saints who are worthy enough of wearing these armors must have obtained their 7th Sense and must be loyal to Athena. 7th Sense - A Saint has usually 6 senses, the 5 everyone else has and an extra sense which allows them to be exceptional fighters (everyone has all the 9 senses, but usually they only develop 5 or 6), after the 6th sense there is the 7th. The 7th Sense is the center of their cosmos and from where their power comes from. Once a Saint discovers his 7th sense he becomes a lot more powerful and almost invincible. Improved Armors - When the Bronze Saints won the Battle of the Twelve Houses their armors were completely destroyed and they weren't in a good enough shape to heal them with their blood. (They had already lost too much blood themselves) The remaining Gold Saints decided to give them a hand and use their own blood to heal the armors, but since it was a Gold Saint's blood the armors became much more powerful. God Robes - The mighty warriors of Asgard wear these Armors which were given to them by Hilda, Odin's representative on earth. They are very powerful and at the same level as a Gold Saint, except without the 7th sense. Odin Saphires - With each of the God Robes there is an Odin Saphire. Athena's Saints must gather these to get the Sword of Odin and destroy the Nibelung Ring that controlled Hilda in Asgard. Nibelung Ring - A ring put on Hilda's finger by a mysterious entity and controls her to do his evil bidding. It controls and is protected by very powerful magic and only the Sword of Odin can destroy it. Odin Robe - When someone has all 7 Odin Saphires and is worthy enough for Odin's praise the Odin Robe comes out. It is a very powerful (and cool looking) armor that Seiya gets the pleasure to wear. With it comes the Sword of Odin. Sword of Odin - This sword comes for the Odin Robe and is incredibly powerful. Its main use is to destroy the evils of the Nibelung Ring. Marine Scales - These are the Armors of the Marine Shoguns under Poseidon's command. They are powerful protective pieces of armor, but there is not much difference between them and the God robes. |
