| Marin is the first Silver Saint we see in the series. We don't know she is a Silver Saint until later, but she is Seiya's sensei. She taught him many of his attacks including the Meteor Fist (she has her own version) and is a really strong foe for any man. Shaina and herself are the two most powerful women fighters and unlike Shaina she is nice. For large part of the series, Seiya searches for her so comfirm what he heard about her being his sister. In the Hades saga (manga only) we find that she is not. She does act like Seiya's mother in most cases and protects him at all costs (although most of the time he protects her). |
