| Cid of Mizar Zeta always thought he was a supremely powerful God Warrior, but the truth was not close to his belief. He was fairly strong, but he had a secret so mysterious that not even he was aware of it (or so we're told). His brother protected him and acted like his shadow to defeat their enemies. His special attack is the Viking Tiger's Claw and it has the power to freeze things as it also tears through stuff. He is fairly powerful, but gets points off for being beaten by Shun ^_^. As a kid he meets his brother, Bud who was chassing a rabit, but he then buys it from him for a dagger with his name. Bud sees this and pulls out his own dagger just like it, after then we get the impresion Cid knows the truth. Later on Cid keeps looking behind him because he's aware of his shadow (we learn this before he dies and he's talking to Bud). He tells Bud that his parents had told him about him and that they had not forgoten him. He tells Bud to kill him (he's holding Ikki down after Bud has been defeated by Ikki) and Ikki so he can be the Zeta God Warrior. He dies on his own from the combat damage suffered from Shun. |
