| Bud of Alcor Zeta, he is Cid's twin brother and was separated from his brother upon birth because in Asgard they believed that twins were of bad luck. Being born from very noble and rich families, he was taken away and left behind, but was picked up by a poor peasant. He had a dagger with his name on it and his family's insignia. He was his brother's shadow and helped him without him knowing. He always claimed he wanted to kill his brother because if Cid died, Bud would become the Zeta God Warrior. He was much more powerful than his brother, but was defeated by Ikki. When Ikki won, his brother, Cid caught Ikki and demanded Bud kill him. Bud knew that if he did so he would defeat the only man who stood a chance against him, but also his brother. He did not do it and Cid died. Bud then told Ikki that perhaps one day he would be willing to believe in the brotherly love like the one he has for Shun and leaves with his brother to burry him. |
