"Koezur's Place"

Karl and Polly Koezur were friends who lived in the bush east
of Red Lake, Ontario. Chris and I met them while we were working in the area
many years ago. Karl liked to add his humour around the place - "Koezur's
Place" - the message on the shed reads: "WITHOUT YOU HONEY THIS
PLACE IS FOR THE BIRDS"
Karl was a long-time bachelor until Polly came along (it's probably a very
romantic story). Suffice it to say, they were a lovely couple who shared their
home with many itinerant geological folk and left many fond memories with
us.
