| Cult of Steel Devoted to the Steel Lord, a powerful fiend on the plane of Acheron, this cult is devoted to the quest for personal power. The cult draws those who wish to increase their personal toughness through the discipline of steel. It consists of two orders, the will of steel, which guides the cult and is made up of spellcasters, and the disciples of steel, who are the fighting force of the group. Disciples of Steel The disciples of steel devote themselves to increasing their personal fighting power as well as their sheer toughness. Fighters, monks, and rangers make up the bulk of this group. Weapon and Armor Proficiency: The will of steel is proficient in light, medium, and heavy armor, martial and simple weapons, and shields. Natural Armor (Ex): At 1st level, the disciple of steel gains a +1 natural armor bonus to AC. This increases to +2 at 3rd level and +3 at 5th level. Strength of Steel (Ex): At 2nd level, the disciple of steel is able to invoke the strength of steel once per day. This grants a bonus to Strength equal to the disciple of steels class level for one round. At 4th level he is able to invoke it twice per day. |
