Ageless Hag
In the depths of the jungles, swamps, and mountains of the world are savage female spellcasters who have discovered the secret to living for hundreds of years.  They serve monstrous or primitive tribes as shamans, priestesses, and leaders using their ancient wisdom to protect their charges.
Most ageless hags are sorcerers or druids, though wizards and clerics are also common.  Few other classes would be attracted to this class.  The exceptions are adepts and shaman (from Oriental Adventures).
Ageless hags rarely work in groups preferring to hoard knowledge and power.

Class Features
All of the following are class features of the ageless hag prestige class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: An ageless hag gains no proficiency in any weapons or armor.
Spells per Day: An ageless hag continues her magical training as she gains new abilities.  The character continues to gain new spells per day and new spells known as if she had gained a level in her spellcasting class.  She does not however gain any other benefits of the spellcasting class.
Sacrifice (Su): An ageless hag has learned the power of blood to cast a spell with a metamagic feat.  By taking a full round action to sacrifice a living creature (typically a coup de grace) whose HD are equal the spell being cast she can then add the effect of a metamagic feat that she knows for free.  The metamagic feat must be one that raises the spell level of a spell by one or less.

Longevity (Ex): A 2nd level ageless hag gains unusual longevity.  The age at which the character advances to the next age category doubles.  For example a forty year old human ageless hag who gained this ability would not reach the old age category until she was 106 years old.  She would still retain the penalties that she had accrued through aging and would continue to gain the benefits of aging at her normal rate.

Magical Artisan: At 3rd level, the ageless hag gains the Magical Artisan feat.

Unnatural Vigor (Ex): A 4th level ageless hag can summon unnatural strength once per day.  She gains an enhancement bonus to Strength equal to twice her level for one round.

Ageless Crone (Ex): At 5th level, an ageless hag ceases to age for the purposes of determining attribute penalties.  She also does not die when she reaches the end of her life. The only effect of age is on her outward visage.
The ageless hag is now considered a Monstrous Humanoid.  She gains darkvision at a range of 60 feet.  Any spell that target monstrous humanoids affects her.
