Piranha frogs are vicious fish-like amphibians whose frothing frenzies are the bane of every swamp travelers.
Usually 3 to 4 feet long, these hulking frogs have a fish tail and a shark-like dorsal fin.  Their hides are green to grey in color, while their eyes are always bloodshot and bulging.  They have powerful tooth filled maws, often hanging open and drooling.

Combat
Piranha frog usually attacks with total abandon, going into a frenzy at the first scent of blood.

Rage (Ex): Upon scenting blood, even its own, the piranha frog will go into berserk frenzy, gaining +4 Strength, +4 Constitution, and 2 penalty to AC.  This lasts until its foes are dead.

GMs Commentary:
The piranha frog is another successful monster I have created.  While not particularly feared, their numbers and capability to deal reasonable damage led them to almost killing a few characters (one of them a 7th level bard).  Personally I find them an amusing and ignoble way to defeat a character.
