Intelligent bolts of chaotic energy, chaos lightning usually tears across the land never interacting with anything for more than a second.  It is believed that their life spans are quite short and for this reason they try to experience everything as quickly as possible.
     Chaos lightning resembles an flying ooze glowing green and yellow, arcing odd colored lighting from time to time.  But this only when the creature is at rest.  When in motion its brilliantly lit body is just a blur in one�s vision.
     They can communicate telepathically in a rabid series of images and ideas.

Combat
The chaos lighting specializes in hit and run.  Usually a foe won�t interest it long enough for it to make a second pass.
    
Chaotic Touch (Su): Upon being struck by a slam attack, the victim must make a Fortitude save (DC 14) or be effected by an effect similar to a rod of wonder except that the effect is always on or centered on the victim.
    
Bolt (Ex): A chaos lightning may make a bullrush upon a successful slam during a charge attack.  It does not suffer any attacks of opportunity from the creature struck or size penalties. It gains a +10 racial bonus to the attempt from its speed.
    
Scintillating Colors (Su/Ex): The lights of a chaos lighting act as a hypnotic pattern as cast by a sorcerer of the creature�s HD (Will DC 15).  The chaos lighting need not concentrate on this effect.  Additionally the lights are blinding, giving its opponents a 20% miss chance against it.
    
Spell-Like Abilities: 3/day-animate objects, chaos hammer, shatter, teleport without error (self only).  Cast as an 10th level sorcerer (base DC 12 + spell level).
    
Haste (Su): A chaos lightning is always hasted and gains an extra partial action per round.
