Realistically there should be many feats that are not geared to combat.  The following feats are of most use to NPCs, though some PCs might be attracted to them.

Greater Skill Focus [general]
You are especially talented at a specific skill.

Prerequisites: Skill Focus

Benefit: Instead of a +2 bonus with a skill, you gain a +4 bonus to all checks with a skill (the same skill as the Spell Focus).

Special: This feat can be taken multiple times.  Its effects do not stack.  Each time you choose a different skill.

Master Craftsman [general]
Choose a specific skill (that fulfills the prerequisites), you are an expert craftsman and can produce items at a far greater rate.

Prerequisites: Craft (Any) 9 ranks.

Benefit: When determining how much work is accomplished on an item, you double the check result.

Special: This feat can be taken multiple times.  Its effects do not stack.  Each time you choose a different skill.

Magical Craftsman [general]
(Choose a Craft skill) Your masterful craftsmanship is capable of creating magical items.

Prerequisites: Master Craftsman, Craft (any) 13 ranks.

Benefit: You are able to create magic devices covered by a specific Craft skill as if you had the appropriate Item Creation feat (the item must be covered by Craft Arms and Armor or Craft Wondrous Device).  All XP and gp cost apply, as well as level requirements.  Any spells that are required must be provided in the creation process.  Additionally the item must be created at the same time as the enchantment process.

Special: This feat can be taken multiple times.  Each time it applies to another Craft skill.
