Meredythe is a visitor to the city of Gothik, but her path has been travelling far with one of the influential citizens, Suneyva Loeste. They have known each other for centuries; meeting in 1149 C.E. in Romania when the Tzimisce and Tremere were fighting over territory; she was then called Aleese and was thought to be of the Tzimisce clan. They met again when she came forard to invite Synneve into the Black Hand becoming Watcher and trainer to the younger Kindred in 1306 C.E.

Like Synneve she also has lived secretly in the moral world. Her real name is unknown, but amoung the Hand she is called Sasha, and she was born in the year 0013 C.E. by current calander. Embraced in 0033 C.E. at the tender age of twenty she has seen a lot in her unlife. Though she has affected many generations and clans under different aliases (currently as Meredythe she is said to be a 7th generation Gangrel and member of the Ahrimane bloodline) she is in reality a 5th generation Brujah, and a True Brujah decended not from Troile, but through a Childe of Brujah himself.

Born somewhere in the Middle East she was taken as a slave early in her life. Most of her mortal life was spent outside of the Roman Empire, serving her Roman Master in whatever was wished of her while he traveled for the benefit of the Empire. In her obedience she caught the eye of an Elder Kindred; the Brujah bought her when she became too old for her Master's tastes, and brought her further north into Europe.

A lot could be said about her mortal life, and much more of her life as a Kindred. Many years have passed since her birth. However, most of it is unimportant. She was one of the first to be initiated into the Black Hand when they expanded into Europe after the War of the Betrayers. She became a member of the Hand in 521 C.E. and has been rising to greater power ever since. For the last three hundred years she has been a member of the Del'Roh's council of thirteen and a seraphim of the Camarilla. Still watching over her own Initiate and friend Synneve, visiting when necessary.
