Daesha was the Manager of the Serapho Apartments located above the Iron Cage club. This is where most of the street kids under the Norwegian's protection live. They have small apartments with two rooms and a bathroom each, and Daesha was the one that made sure that everything was running...heat, electricity, water, etc.

She lived in a slightly larger apartment on the top floor of the building, though she was usually in the lounge on the same floor or at the club downstairs. Only about twenty-five kids live in the building at any time, but she took care of them almost like a house mother. She collected rent (which is only a tiny amount) and took care of the bills the building has through the funds that she got from the owner.

The Iron Cage ass also under her management, though she left the running of the club to others. Her primary job was taking care of the apartments and the kids that live there. It has now fallen to Selene to complete this work.

The building was once just two structures built together, but when they were bought by the Norwegian the inner walls were removed and the staircases rebuilt. One building had been designed with higher ceilings and so the staircase has many landings and split level lounges. On one side there are twenty apartments and the other has sixteen. The lower floor of apartments was redesigned also to act as a buffer for the noise from the club, and to provide a large common area for the kids. This is filled with a gaming area, a media area, and comforable seating. Often the kids will hang out in the room during the day hours instead of remaining alone. During the evening (partly because of the club below) the area is empty.
