| Doctor Kenzo Tenma is the top brain surgeon in his hospital. One day, Tenma had done a successful operation on a famous musician. The next day, he met the wife of a Turkish patient who had died. This woman accused him of causing the death of her husband. This is because the Turk had actually being admitted earlier, Tenma was supposed to be operating on him.
