Doctor Kenzo Tenma is the top brain surgeon in his hospital.

One day, Tenma had done a successful operation on a famous musician. The next day, he met the wife of a Turkish patient who had died. This woman accused him of causing the death of her husband.

This is because the Turk had actually being admitted earlier, Tenma was supposed to be operating on him. But before Tenma stepped into the operating threatre, his boss ordered him to operated on the musician who had admitted later as the musician is more influential. At the end, the musician survived but the Turk died.

Tenma was seeing Eve, the daughter of the head of the hospital, everything seems to be going on well for him and soon he is going to be promoted as well to become the head of department for the neuron department.
One day, Tenma ignored the order of his boss to perform an operation on the mayor and chose to operate on a boy who was admitted earlier as Tenma kept remembering the words of the Turkish woman. The boy survived but the mayor died.

For his act, his whole world came tumbling down as Eve breaks off the engagement and even the position as the head of the department was given to someone else....

What he did not know is in this humamanitarian act, he had save a monster....., a ruthless killer and the story begins...

Comment: I had been eyeing this book for a long long time.... when I finally bought it.. I had no regrets.. Nice plot and storyline
