| This series is about a very good surgeon, Doctor Qin who had very good surgical ability but no medical licence. This means that Dr Qin is practising medical and healing otheres without any offical approval. This book consist of many individual stories about how Dr Qin had manage to treat and cure his patients with his special ability. The first story started by Dr Qin is summoned by the Japan medical board, who had critised him having no licence, and charged very high prices for his surgical fees and it is illegal. But the medical board is willing to give him a chance by letting him to go for medical exams so he is able to get a licence, but he will have to charge accordingly to the board. |
| Dr Qin refused on the spot and he was jailed for that. In the prison, an Italian billionaire visited Doctor Qin and pled with Dr Qin to cure his grandson who had an unusual almost incurable disease. But as Dr Qin is imprisoned ,he had no way to helped him. And the billionaire promised to get Dr Qin out of prison. So the billionaire went to pled with the director of the Japan medical board, and even tried to bribe. But the director insist that Dr Qin is to remain in jail and gave many excuses to make sure Dr Qin remain imprison. The billonaire is furious and tried to enlist the help of the Japanese government, but he was refused on the spot as well as the director had threatened to instruct all the doctors in Japan to go on strike if Dr Qin is to be released. |
| Later, the grandson of the billionaire passed away due to the illness. The billionaire then hired a killer to shot the son of the director to let the director understand the pain of watching his loved ones dies...and it became the turn of the director to plead with Dr Qin to save his beloved son with the offer to give him a medical licence at no cost... Of course, Dr Qin declined... Comments: This is a good series. But the character of the drawing is quite cartoon. But it is oneof the classic series. Even though it is more towards the medical side, but it is still enjoyable even for those who did not understand the medical terms and as any good comics there is some funny dialouge as well.
