The Celestial Zone II #16 - The Celestial Zone In Peril

The story continues from where Chi Xue and the 7 Butterflies were fighting and Chi Xue easily broke through their "Hepta-Coloured Dance Formation", defeating all 7 of them. The leader, the white butterfly admitted defeat, but Chi Xue was curious how the she looked like and wanted to unmask her, despite the resistance of other butterflies. Chi Xue was stunned for a while when she unmasked her... and was speechless for a while, their faces...was disfigured...their ears and noses were sliced off!...But the 7 butterflies never blamed Die Wu, they said what their Mistress did was for their own good and wanted them to concentrate on their power rather than engaging in relationships, hence disfiguring them. Chi Xue felt sad for them and their loyalty for Die Wu and asked if they would bring her to Die Wu, but was refused by the butterflies. Asking no further, Chi Xue asked them to leave. A while later, Guardian God-Speed came rushing along, happy to had found Chi Xue. Somewhere, Ferocious Star of the West is eliminating One Of The Rightous Sect In The Celestial Zone, showing no mercy to the people there.

A uh..woodcutter was walking home and was singing this song...fairy in the mountians blah blah... then he saw Ziyan standing in front of him. He thought he had saw a fairy maiden desending from the skies. Ziyan then asked a favour from him, and kinda using her fingers to knock him unconscious... A while later, the woodcutter woke up, only to find Ziyan gone and his arm in bandage... he thought he was only dreaming and went home. Next morning, in the woodcutter's house, some twenty mountian birds were found in front of his hut. He thinks that this is the work of the fairy maiden of the mountian. Meanwhile, Ziyan is in deep thoughts, hoping that the situation will improve and no matter how hard it is..she will surely overcome it. Just then, someone attacked her. Raving Star found Ziyan and wanted to duel with her, using his twin wheels. Ziyan cheekily teased Raving Star by reminding him about the duel with Xing Ling, and told him that she will defeat him and making him pay for what he did earlier on.

Chi Xue followed Guardian God-Speed to the bamboo groove and chatted with Panda. Panda told her that he felt some evil presense in the The Celestial Zone rising and dimming the Rightous lights. He also warned her that this phenomenon had never been seen before and told her to be careful. Chi Xue confidently told him not to worrry and wil try her best to stop any evil forces. Chi Xue then asked Panda for information about the Dancing Butterfly of Celestial Lake. Panda told her that she come from the Ling Huan Sect and they practise their expertise differently from other people. The heir to their sect will merge according to their astrological signs but the chances of success is 10 000 : 1. Those who do not make it will be sacrificed. Chi Xue then told Panda that Die Wu is extremely cruel and a selfish person who would go through any measures to ensure to obtian something she wants. "I Must Defeat Her", promised Chi Xue.

In Celestial Lake, Die Wu is helping the 7 butterflies regaining their health and at the same time getting information of their fight with Chi Xue. Die Wu was impressed by Chi Xue's powers and was thinking that the Destroyer by herself is difficult to defeat, let alone the combination powers of Chi Xue And Xing Ling. So she assume Xing Ling to be the weaker partner as Chi Xue was the one who became famous first and want to wipe her out, by battling her.
