I've decided to have a page of the month that will be featured on the front page during the course of the month. The way you can get this is by simply participating in Cosmic Ratings.
All you have to do is sign my G-book and give us your site address. We will then review your site and make a decision if you're site is honorable enough!
I have ONE POLICY for everyone to follow if they would like a rating.

* One star for putting 20% effort.
** Two stars for 4o% effort.

Now, inorder to get 5 stars and link on my
front page you will need the following:
1)Orignal work.
2)A good layout.
3)Lots of content.
4)A free for Links page.
5)Decent amount of graphics.
6)You must put creativity in it.
7)A friendly approach on your site.
8)No distasteful content on your site, which includes but is not limited to
porn, excessive profanity, racist comments and sexist comments.
9)Something for your visitors to interact on.
10)Make it have an apperance of someone who took hours
of their time in their webpage.EFFORT
Depending on how many requests I recieve will be held accountable towards the length of time I keep your site on the rating page!
