Policies

  1. Any member may leave the guild at any time for any reason.
  2. Everyone should try to recruit new members according to the Recruitment policies.
  3. Intentional looting out of turn, ninja looting, disband/loot/log, and Kill Stealing are prohibited and can result in de-guilding.
  4. Please be on time if you sign up for guild events, hunting expeditions, and/or raids.
  5. During group hunting looting should be fair. Need before greed. The group leader will be responsible for ensuring the equitable distribution of loot. Alphabetical looting or rolling random dice (with the previous winners abstaining until all have won a valuable item) are both acceptable means of ensuring equitable loot distribution.
  6. Guild raid loot rules will be disseminated in advance. Generally, only group leaders should be looting and items will be distributed to (1) raid participates according to the loot order, (2) raid participates who have greatest need and can use, (2) to the guild at large.
  7. A member can only be removed from the guild by (1) the guild leader; (2) unanimous agreement among guild officers; or, (3) by a majority vote of guild members
  8. Please display your guild tag at all times. If you want to hide your level, class & race use roleplay. Using the Roleplay function makes you anon but still shows your guild tag.

Rules of Conduct

  1. Please try to greet guild members when they sign on and off of guildchat. This only takes a moment and it can make members feel welcome and comfortable. Not all of us have met each other, so don't just greet your close friends, greet everyone when your playing situation permits.
  2. Everyone should be treated with respect regardless of affiliation.
  3. Cordiality in guildchat and when grouping is a minimum expectation. Anything less is unacceptable.

  5. When grouping or on a guild raid, do not engage in trading petty insults with other players over /OOC or /SHOUT. Obviously friendly teasing is permitted.
