A murky swamp sits before you, and you find your eyes drawn to an odd glow in the water. As you move to investigate, you realize it has a smooth silver surface and looks oddly like a rock shaped into a dagger. Your hand is inches from the water when something hooks into your shirt and you hear someone shout. "Yee-haw! We got us 'nother one!" Bright enthusiastic grin is given to you from the one who has captured your sleeve with a fishing hook >_>. He begins to attempt to reel you in, and frows when he notices you're too big. "Hey, gomez, gemme that peachfrog!!" He pouts crankily, somehow renaming your species.

The shiny rock emerges from the water, followed by a large purple form covered in swamp goo. Er, three problems. One- my name isn't gomez. Two- that's a human, not a peachfrog. And three- that's not how you treat visitors. He scowels at the brown and yellow male slightly, then whacks him playfully with a massive tail. Er, hi. I'm Neurt'vies, and this is my bonded- Kemosima Fezyv. He's... a special one alright. You wince fromthe voice in your mind in surprise, but it's easy to get used to after a while. The two begin a very sloppy wrestling match as you watch, shaking your head and grinning before walking away.
