I'm having a rough time trying to wake up this morning. My sleep got a bit messed up and trying hard to resist the urge to go back to bed for a few more hours. Dylan, of course, was up early and playing warcraft 3. He's really enjoying that game. I can't wait for WoW to come out so he can try it. I signed up for beta but haven't heard anything yet.

I pulled a muscle or something in my foot last night when exercising. I do a few ballet excercises each day and sort of lost my balance last night. Oh well, it will get better. I'm doing 500 sit ups daily and excercises for my legs and upper body as well. My strength has always been in my legs, my upper body was once quite strong, but then I was also working on a farm for 12+ hours a day and lifting all the time. I'm quite flexible and am working on getting back into shape so I can do the splits once more. (I'm getting there!) I mix yoga, ballet and regular stretches and light hand weights to get an all over body workout and stretch, but I don't overdo it. I will begin walking again, once my feet heal a bit. I had the stupid rash and stuff from the medication reaction and shoes really hurt the tops of my feet right now.

I will probably never be a size 6 again, but I know I can be fit as hell once more. I've been watching my diet extra careful and am taking my vitamins. I've lost several sizes in the past couple years, but am stuck at my current weight and size. I'm *almost* a size smaller and expect to reach it within the next month or two. I'm not rushing things, as I want to be able to keep the weight off in the future.

I can tell that the exercises are working, my pajama pants are always falling down past my hips. It's definitely time to get a couple new pairs of pants, when I get the money of course.

I remember the time when I had lost a ton of weight when working with the horses and my pants fell down almost to my ankles when I was doing ground work with one of the race horses. It was a bit embarrassing, but funny as hell too.
