I had a stupid bloody headache all day long.


6 excedrin and it's still here.


My back is still pretty much the same, it was a bit better earlier. Of course, the excedrin helped it but not my head. I have to use the stupid cane to put my weight on when I get out of the bed. Else I will fall.


I screwed up and took my effexor the wrong way. A major blonde moment for me. I didn't take enough and went into withdrawls and it was quite ugly. I'm back to normal now, thank goodness.


What a long weekend.


I'm off again this week. I worked two days in September and none so far this month. The person from the workmans comp claim office finally called me. Now she has to contact my primary care doc, shrink, the hospital I was at and my orthopaedic doctor. She said maybe she will have the info needed on friday and to call her then. Wow these people are slow.
