I've had this pain in my knee for almost a month now and it's not getting any better. I banged my knee on a filing cabinet at work and it's caused me all sorts of pain and problems. Since it's a work injury, at least I should get workman's comp.
The hospital gave me some painkillers last week, but they didn't help too much, so now I'm on percocet and taking 2 every 4 or so hours. I've been loopy as hell. At least most of the pain is gone.
Being off from work another week is a nice thing; I hate that place. I've been looking for a new job, but haven't been very successful. There aren't many interesting sounding banking jobs out there, but then banking is not very interesting at all. It's quite dull.
