public class StatusbarPanel

extends javax.swing.JPanel

A statusbar component that defaults to one text component stretching the whole width. When statusbar items are added these are shown to the right. The panel has a default status region and a progress bar.

addItem

public void addItem(javax.swing.JComponent item)

Add a status bar item. They will be added to the right of the previous component, always shown on the rigthmost side of the panel.

Parameters:

item - Item to add.

enableProgressBar

public void enableProgressBar()

Enable the embedded progress bar in the status bar.

getProgress

public int getProgress()

What is the progress setting in the status bar.

Returns:

integer value from 0 .. 100

setProgress

public void setProgress(int percent)

Set the progress in the progress bar.

Parameters:

percent - Percentage complete.

setStatus

public void setStatus(java.lang.String text)

Set the text of the status bar text label.

Parameters:

text - Status message

setStatusColor

public void setStatusColor(java.awt.Color color)

Set the colour of the status message

Parameters:

color - Set the colour of the status text
