| Real Name: Hellen [or Heluin] Taylor Alias: Ice Race: Immortal [more like half-elven] Gender: Female Age: 14 [literally 19] Physical: Hair: Light blue Eyes: Light blue Height: 5'1" Build: Slender Unique characteristics: Pointed ears Skills/superpowers: Ice...well, can make ice! She can fire it, and make the temperature in the room drop quickly. She also has a beam, but it exhausts her because of the massive amount of energy needed to break the heat-molecules down...she's still practicing improving this. Short History: Ice was brought to earth when she was born. Her parents had traveled to Paradise, but because of Manwe [the lead power] they sent her back to be an aid to their younger kindred, Men. Ice, [or Heluin in her native tongue] was left to a family, descended from the kings of old [though they didn't know it]. Her powers did not show until she was 15 and, when she showed signs of slow aging, her parents moved to the city so that there would be no questions asked. In real life, Ice's hair is black and so are her eyes. She had never been to a public education facility, though she was almost ready for colle?ge. Her parents insisted that she 'fit in' and go to highschool 2 grades ahead of what she 'looked' like she was in. Past Story: Hellen sat in her large chair, swinging her legs back and fourth. Ever since her father figured out she wasn't human, things had become very boring. She loved to play outside, and now that they moved into the city there was nothing to do. No friends allowed until she went to school and even then she had to report everything they asked her. Hellen, who preferred being called Lenn, got up out of her chair and wandered to her older brother's room. Well, he technically was only a few weeks older, but he was 19 and Lenn still looked 14. "Arron," She said in a annoyed tone, "Can you take me out to see the park at least? I'm suffocating in here!" Arron turned his chair toward her, he wore a badge of a junior detective and the look of one who had been bothered one too many times. "Lenn! I told you you're not allowed outsi-" his pager beeped and he glanced down- "Aw, rats! Another attempted murder!" Lenns eyes widened, "You mean, someone actually tried to kill someone else?!" Arron shook his head sadly, "That happens all the time in the city, and that's why I'm trusting you to stay indoors until I return, understood?" She nodded, and once she was alone she pulled out her pendant, the symbol of why she was born. "Maybe this is how I am to help mankind...maybe I'm here to stop the killing in the city!" |
