Short History: Etheldan Tandencroshe was raised in the Frabama Mountains, where snow blankets the ground for all but three months of the year. Though it is a hard life, all Oweomyrans thrive off it. Etheldan grew to possess all the traits his people valued most--a skilled warrior, and intelligent mind, a kind and lotyal heart, and a noble spirit.
Unfortunately, however, it was his heart that proved to be his undoing.
When he was nineteen, he and his father attended a banquet hosted by Matarka, the king of Addronry. There he met Matarka's lovely daughter, the princess Ziarra. Etheldan fell in love with Ziarra at first sight, for at that point she was only seventeen and her innocence still remained. When he returned to his mountain home, he left a piece of his heart with her and was intent on visiting her again. But his father died only a few months after that and Etheldan had a responsibility to his kingdom. From that time on, he only saw Ziarra at royal functions and she was never without a flock of admirers. Then one day he recieved a letter from her offering a trade agreement and her hand in marriage to the king who took Diridan first. Despite his better instincts, Etheldan convinced his lords to accept it and left for Addronry.
