Short History: Jerel and Lirien Solariosha were wanderers on the edge of the desert in between Shanasan and Diridan. One day, they found a caravan that had been attacked by thieves. Everyone in it had been killed, except for a baby girl. The Solarioshas adopted her as their own and named her Cheryse. When Jerel and Lirien became too old to wander, they settled down near their beloved desert and Cheryse, now a teenager, began painting pictures and making pots to sell to the caravans that passed by. Her adopted parents died when Cheryse was eighteen, leaving her alone in the house Jerel had built. However, Cheryse and her dog, Jara, were content with their lifestyle and they remained there, even through many people in the caravans tried to convince her to move to a city.
