The pokemon that make their debut to the movie is Celebi and Suicune (and possibly Mewtwo 0.o) |

The new characters are Yukinari, Mika, and the villain Bishasu (A.k.a. Vicious). |

|
The story is about Mika and Yukinari (Who lives in the 60's) travel to 2001 with their friend Celebi, who thinks it is safer in the future. You see, Mika and Yukinari are supposed to protect Celebi from Mankind. There, in the future, they meet Ash and the gang. But trouble stirs up as Bishasu, a future Team Rocket member, tries to steal Celebi. Rumours say that Mewtwo will appear in this movie too. |
