Why does the entertainment world dazzle people?
First of all, it’s not the entertainment world itself! It’s all about fame! Entertainment is related to beuatiful people, glamour, money, influence, well, it’s all good stuff. And that’s what people want. In a 6 billion people world, all we want is to feel special, all we want is to know we are not as ordinary as everyone around us. When we see Tom Cruise ou Cameron Diaz, and wish we were like them, we are not thinking about the physical ou the money thing (of couse it wouldn’d be bad!), But the most important thing they have and we don’t is something like the love of the fans, the paparazzi, the table at the restaurant without reservation, the first class airplane, Ritz hotel, famous friends – well, that’s what we want, the feeling of being someone special.
Just special, different... Even if we’re acting behind the scenes as a filmmaker ou a screenwriter. If we are a part of something big, huge, important, so we are special too, right? Maybe you’re wannabe dream is just someting like that, you might wannabe a movie director, producer or a novel writer. Anyway, all you want is to be a part of it. Ok, we will help you too.
