Mark clings to the railing all the way down the stairs....but
once he's in
sight of the living room....and Elizabeth....he has to prove his
strength by
not leaning on them.....
Ick....nice makeup job on the scar....and I think I said this
last week, but
being totally bald suits Mark.
Hmm, Carter's comment to the 'cocaine condom in the belly'
patient....
'Hey, you might have died'..
and the response...'maybe that would have been better'....somehow
I'll bet
that Carter had that conversation with himself a lot of times....both
after
the stabbing....and when he was on drugs....
When Carter asked the patient 'Hey, you mind telling my how you
got into all
this?".....I don't know why....but something about the way
he asked so
eagerly, just totally cracked me up.
Please can we have a volunteer to wipe that inappropriate smile
off Carter's
face....PLEASE
For some reason, I can clearly visualize Dave in a clerical
collar....
Luka should take a lesson from Dave 'I gave him a shot of
lidocaine, honest'
Malucci about punishing patients.....
Kynesha was right about Peter. He <is> only trying to
help her because of
Jesse. In his mind, Jesse died trying to help Kynesha.
If Peter can 'save'
her...it'll mean that Jesse didn't die for a worthless cause.
And Kynesha's also right about Cleo....she <doesn't> like
her....hehehe...and after the events of this episode...I can't
really blame
her.
Grrr....Abby should be telling Carter and Luka to 'hold on a
minute'....<not> Radiology.....and Luka shouldn't have
interrupted her while
she was on the phone on ER business.....
hmm, Luka clearly knows all about 'Life being too short'.....
Carter to Abby (after she's said he can take 'it' up with his
next sponsor)
'Wow, where is that coming from?'
ooh, I don't know Carter....maybe the fact that she's giving you
advice and
you're totally ignoring her.....I mean, I can't really comment on
whether
it's good advice...but Abby has a hell of a lot more experience
in being
addicted than Carter has....so he should listen to her, dammit.
In any case, wasn't the whole sponsorship deal just supposed to
be a
'temporary' arrangement until Carter found a permanent one?
(yeah....it's about as temporary as Abby's return to nursing.....)
Carter to Kerry - 'I just thought you should know'
LIAR....Abby's the one who thought Kerry should know.
The look on Kerry's face when Carter told her about the Vicodan.
Just a
brief flash of dissappointment. And why do I get the
feeling that she's
been waiting for this day. (not that she thought he'd
relapse, more that
she was afraid he would.)
Peter to Cleo - 'I'm not easy'.....
Audience....well duh...
Anyone else think that after Luka walked out of the room, that
we'd see the
Bishop walk out....leaving the cane on the bed behind him
