Spacer Vampire Story

Spring of 1198 A.D.

On the way there we (Allison and I) saw a town burnt to the ground and found evidence that there were vampires staked there also. The Army appeared to be of some human form, but its knowledge of vampires was surprising. I would guess information like that would only come from the killers, Assimites and Balie, but I am not sure. We may have more to fear in the future from them, but for now that is another day.

Caught up to Ramiro, tried prankin' the old boy with my newly refined Vicissitude powers. He is as sharp as I give him credit for. Nope, no fooling him. Darn it. I created a visage of a fairly feral fellow named Grrrrregor. He has wolfen ears, a good amount of fur, cat like eyes, 185 lb appearance and is jovial (for the time being). He will be fun to do again, but that is likely another day (or year).

They had teamed up with a Settite there by the name of Bastite, the cat goddess. She is like just about any other follower of Set, charming like a snake, but no more trust worthy. Allison seemed relieved to make it back with the party and I have to admit a little that I was also. (yea, right!)

We hung with her for a few and then joined on to Rome. She had contacts with the prince and we did have a formal invite ourselves. We got there and all went according to plan, got Avarose and then all went according to fear. Cathryn Anne de Lyon was not the 12th gen Toreador that was once thought but turned out to be at least a gen lower than myself and of the Lasombra clan no less. What fun that turned out to be, got staked by my own creation. Ohh, she is going to taste nice when I get the chance. Heck, I might even share that one with Ramiro when the time comes.
