A member of the Ruling and Diplomatic Caste he seeks to avoid military conflict at all costs. Saving his species is of the highest priority for this liberal Taelon and the idea of merging with Humanity to do so is agreeable to him if it is discovered that such a plan would indeed offer a viable solution.
He has a pleasant personality and is quite easy to deal with, depending on what is asked of him.
