Our director / general manager is:
André E. Hagendijk Our account manager is: Cees H.M.Machielsen
André heeft als achtergrond stuurman grote handelsvaart, fysiotherapie en bedrijfskunde.
Hij werkt als zelfstandig interim-manager, heeft een eigen management en adviesbureau en heeft een band met de Nederlandse Antillen.
Als interimmanager en trainer heeft hij een brede ervaring met bedrijven waaronder zorginstellingen in de intra-, extra- en transmurale zorg,
zorgverzekeraars, zakelijke dienstverlening, overheid en MKB.
Hij is gespecialiseerd op het gebied van veranderingstrajecten en -processen met name waar het gaat om innovatieve projectorganisatie en
samenwerking, op het gebied van coaching en strategievorming.
Cees studeerde Chemische Techniek aan de Technische Hogeschool te Breda en is werkzaam als Universitair Hoofddocent bij de Faculteit
Ontwerp, Constructie en Productie van de Technische Universiteit te Delft.
Hij geeft leiding aan de researchgroep "Thermische Sorptiesystemen" van de sectie Koudetechniek en Klimaatregeling.
Van zijn hand verschenen in de afgelopen 20 jaar over het onderhavige
vakgebied vele artikelen en congresbijdragen in binnen- en buitenlandse tijdschriften.
Hij stimuleert internationaal de toepassing van natuurlijke
koudemiddelen en alternatieve koudeopwekking door het geven van gastcolleges op universiteiten en researchinstellingen in o.a.: Spanje,
Turkije, de Nederlandse Antillen en Indonesië.
Cees neemt namens Nederland deel in internationale commissies op het gebied van de
toepassing van natuurlijke koudemiddelen, absorptiekoeling, zonne-energie en warmtepompen, o.a. het internationale koudeinstituut(IIR) te Parijs
en de International Energy Agency (IEA).
Momenteel coördineert Cees een Europees project: "Solar Air Conditioning in Europe".

Eric Pattynama
Eric is gestart als boordwerktuigkundige op de grote vaart en heeft nadat hij zich gespecialiseerd heeft op koeltechnisch gebied, de HTS
opleiding werktuigbouwkunde afgerond. Verdere specialisaties op HBO niveau zijn installatietechniek en gas- en energietechniek. Ook heeft hij
daarna HBO bedrijfskunde gedaan.
Hij heeft grote ervaring opgedaan in binnen- en buitenland met het installeren en begeleiden van koelinstallaties, begeleiden van aspirant
koeltechnici, adviseren aan opdrachtgevers in de industriële sector van de koeltechniek, het ontwerpen en begroten van koelinstallaties in deze
sector en begeleiding van turn-key projecten.
Tevens is hij STEK bevoegd en examinator.
Hij heeft gewerkt als koeltechnisch medewerker, projectleider en adviseur bij Grenco bv en Raadgevend Bureau Kortenbach.
Eind 1989 is hij met zijn eigen onderneming 'Maref Koudetechniek' gestart. Dit bureau houdt zich bezig met het adviseren, ontwerpen, leveren
en installeren van industriële koel-, vries en airconditioning installaties.
