Thank You Mom

Mom I wanted to thank you for your support.
Though your were not here with us, I felt you close.
You reached out to us in spirit and touched our hearts.
Remembering the past with you, I liked that the most.

You came to us in thought, gave us the spirit we all needed.
Even though we all live miles apart, you gathered us.
You put the spirit into us to reach out to each other.
To not pay any attention to any fuss.

You truly have put yourself out of your way to touch
each and every one.
While you were here, you touched us well.
Now we have you next to us for the years to come.

I believe your right here by us, reaching out to each one of us.
It just took a while for some of us to see.
You guided us with your thoughts and actions.
So now I bend and I rest on my knee................

Dear Lord, thank you for giving us such a wonderful Mother.
Thank you for showing us Love really does exist.
Could you please give Mom a message for us?
Tell her we all Love her, tell her Santa had her on his list.

Tell her we all thank her for reaching out and putting her spirit in us.
Lord, she gave us so much love, you would be so proud of her.
So, I do speak for all of us when I say:" I love you, Mom."
Thank you for sharing and touching us, we will hold onto that, for sure.

So, till the next time, tell everyone up there, we all said hi and we love them.
And Lord, I know you'll take good care of Mom up there.
She is one special person who gave her love like you wanted her to.
So now she may not be in one certain place, she is everywhere.
