I'm not really sure what to say about myself here. I guess I can say what I'm use to saying about myself. I'm a coffee addict who lives, breathes, and sleeps music. I'm a singer but a natural-born writer/author. I used to write poetry and cute little stories when I was younger. My Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother always used to tell me I had some sort of future in the writing business - they are my biggest fans to date.

Growing up I was never outgoing. I was the little girl in the shadows who would be overlooked and made fun of. I was different, but not in a bad way - just in my own special way. I hated my childhood. I have a medical condition so I was constantly in and out of the hospital and the kids didn't really understand that too much. I felt very isolated as a child. Writing was my muse, the thing I would pour my heart into to create worlds that I wished I could live in. Growing up I danced and acted. I got lead roles in plays done at school and when I was onstage I liked the attention it brought to me. It felt like I was doing something to make others happy and I liked seeing and making people smile. That's when I realized that I loved the stage. I've been singing seriously ever since the age of 12. I'm not formally trained; everything I do - I am self-taught. I was in band in the 5th grade, playing the flute. I originally wanted to be a drummer, but my parents wouldn't allow a drum set in our house as they are "too noisy." I dropped out of that about a year later and just stuck to listening and singing. Later, in 1997 when the music group Hanson became famous, Isaac inspired me to begin playing the guitar. My parents bought me an Oscar acoustic and I began lessons. Nine months in I gave up as I felt singing was my passion. In HS I began Chorus and my biggest gig to date was Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. I've been singing onstage and where ever I can since - even at backyard parties, doing karaoke.

In my adulthood now, I'm married to a wonderful man named James. We have a little one bedroom townhouse in which we rent at the moment. We also have two kitties together, no children - although we're going to be an Aunt and Uncle to twins early next year! I'm still singing, still acting, and still writing. Also on the side I do a lot of band promotion. I love helping out bands and my specialities lays within the country of Finland. I love Finnish music.

As I said, I started off writing poetry. When my Grandfather passed in 1998 I wrote a poem in which I was requested by my Grandmother to read at his wake. At my Great-Grandmother's funeral I was requested to write the ulogy when we buried her. It was moments like those that made me realize that my passion and love for imagination and writing was my life.

I'm a naturally "gifted" person. Most people don't believe me, but I am psychic. I feel the dead - or "earthbound" spirits. When my Grandfather died of Cancer he came to me in my dreams to give messages professing his love and his sadness of leaving to my Grandmother. He wouldn't leave me alone until I finally told her. Sometimes I like my gift because it makes me feel closer to the other world and to my Grandfather, but sometimes it can be pretty scary as there are not all nice spirits here. All in all, I don't mind it - I embrace it.

I would describe myself as a sensitive, passionate, loyal, and stubborn person. I take joy in seeing others happy, even when I'm not. I love making people laugh and being the center of attention. I would say that I'm shy before you get to know me but most would say I am a very, very outgoing girl. I embarrass easily and I have a very short fuse/temper. I am a loyal person so find a friend in me and you're set until you break my heart.

If there is anything you would like to know about me, please ask. I'm not afraid to be honest and open. I love to chat and tell people about my life experiences.

Why do you call yourself CeeCee?: Its funny really. When I worked at Dunkin Donuts back in 2006 my boss came up with it. It means Constant Complainer in reality and everyone began calling me C.C. I liked the nickname so much because it does describe me that it just stuck. I changed it to read CeeCee so it would be more of a name than anything.
Name your top 3 bands of the moment: The Rasmus, Coleman Bogey, Happiness
Name your top artist of the moment: Katy Perry
Why do you band promote?: I love it. Music is what makes or break people. Good music puts you in a 'mood.' And when there is good music out there - especially Finnish and Scandinavian music - then it needs to be recognized everywhere. Plus it makes me feel closer to the bands in a way.
