Cedars Bible Camp Registration 2002

Arrival and Departure
For each week, Arrival is Sunday between 2:00 and 4:00 pm, Departure is Friday at 7 pm.
Fees and Registration
$110.00 per child per week
Early bird registration : $100.00 if received by May 31st
A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 must accompany the registration form in order to guarantee a spot at camp. The balance of fee is due upon arrival at Cedars. Notification of cancellation must be a week prior to the camp.  Please note that there will be no refunds after this point, as we plan for a certain number of campers each week. Rates
Cedars is operated by faith.  We trust God to supply the needs that are not met through registration fees.  We make all attempts to keep the operation costs low so the price of a week at Cedars remains reasonable.  It is through our
volunteers and generous supporters that this is possible.

I hereby give the Camp Director the right to arrange for any special service, medical or otherwise, that shall be in the best interest of the camper and accept responsibility for the payment of any such services required.  I also understand that the Camp Director may send a camper home, at the parent's expense, if the child's behaviour is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the camp program and other campers.  While every precaution shall be taken to ensure the welfare and protection of each camper, Cedars Bible Camp, its Director's, staff members or employees of facilities outside the camp grounds are hereby released from any liabiliy in the event of accident or misfortune that may occur to the camper.
