From points North by way of Interstate 495, 30minutes from the Capital Beltway:
I-495 South towards Northern Virginia
Merge onto Route 267 West/Dulles Toll Road towards Dulles Airport
Remember to bring some quarters for the tolls!  Travel for about 12 miles
Take exit 9b to merge onto Route 28 North/Sully Road
Turn Right onto Severn Way
Turn Right onto Atlantic Boulevard
The Dulles SportsPlex will be on your left
If you get to Steeplechase Drive, you have gone too far
