According to Richie, "this album is definitely an inspiration from the Almighty Himself." The singer could not offer enough praise to the Almighty for blessing him with the beautiful sound of music.
His latest offering 'The Man Upstairs' is enjoying support from both Christians and non Christians. Of the fourteen tracks on the album, 13 are original written by Richie Stephens and a few co-written with Derrick Rose.
The album can be found in most record shops across the island and songs from this highly delightful album are enjoying heavy rotation on all the radio stations.
Richie Stephens seems to be doing quite a lot of inspirational songs lately and we could not resist asking if he would be joining Christendom any time soon. The singer answered with a smile, "Out of good things come good things. The Almighty will determine my future. I can say that I definitely like the vibes which I'm feeling with this album. I like the positive vibe.
Right now I'm just being me, which is to bring out a high level of consciousness through music - I have no direct plans to get saved yet."
